Plus Fourteen has been in business since 2013. The consulting practice is led by Lekan Keshinro, who has spent over a decade in enterprise networks across telecom, banking, and electric utility environments.

Lekan started in IT in 2015 and has worked as a network engineer ever since. He spent six years at Verizon on the carrier backbone, running outage bridges with customers, vendors, and senior management until service was restored, and building the AWS hybrid connectivity behind it. Before that he was contracted to Cisco on a global banking account, planning topology and firmware changes across branch and campus sites worldwide.
Since 2023 he has worked through Tata Consultancy Services, first on a financial services platform, now on an electric utility account where every network change is made against compliance requirements.
Earlier, in Abuja, he designed and delivered an office network from nothing: scope, vendor procurement, deployment, and the documentation that did not exist until he wrote it. That end to end ownership is how Plus Fourteen runs engagements now.
Plus Fourteen began in 2013 as a car brokerage, added group health insurance brokerage in 2021, and launched its IT consulting practice in 2025. Lekan founded all three and leads the consulting work directly.
